FLOODING 
National Weather Service has issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING until 2315. Hazards are quarter size hail with expected vehicle damage. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Many city streets are flooded, including Pennell. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
