* WHERE...A portion of south central Missouri, including the following counties, Howell and Texas.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 703 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flooding from previous heavy rain in the warned area. A few low water crossings have been reported flooded in Texas County. Flood prone areas will be prone to flooding with rainfall this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
