* WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flooding from previous heavy rain in the warned area. - This includes the following low water crossings... Little Piney Creek at Highway H, Smoky Hollow at Highway J, Norman Creek at County Road 4220, Tavern Creek at Highway U and Jones Creek at Highway O. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
