Attention Knox Box Owners! Village Fire Inspector will be conducting replacements of Knox Box seals showing deterioration. 
Attention Knox Box owners! Throughout the next few months Village Fire Inspector, Chris Hamilton, will be conducting replacements of Knox Box seals showing deterioration. Residents should expect that Chris will access, inspect, and make repairs to any Knox Box that can be seen from the road. If a Knox Box is unable to be seen, and therefore unable to be accessed by Chris, please contact Cayuga Heights Police Department to schedule an appointment. Knox Box applications can be obtained at the PD as well.
In accordance with Article 18, Section IV A and B, of the Village of Cayuga Heights Local Laws, Lock boxes shall be required for all new and existing buildings except those one- or two-family dwellings not equipped with or serviced by an alarm system. All lock boxes attached to a structure that is presently equipped or serviced by an alarm system shall have a current master key to the premises and an updated emergency notification list.Address/Location
