* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, minor flooding begins at the gage site and mainly affects low lying areas along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 22.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.6 feet this afternoon.
