* At 613 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Jonesville to 8 miles southwest of Gate City to Gray, moving northeast at 45 mph. This line of storm has a history of producing damaging winds. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Abingdon, Norton, Lebanon, Wise, Gate City, Big Stone Gap and Weber City. This includes the following highways...
