Flood Warning until 09:30PM Friday 
The Flood Warning will expire at 930 PM EDT this evening for portions of Central West Virginia, central West Virginia and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in Central West Virginia, northern Braxton. In central West Virginia, Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur. Southwestern portions of Braxton County remain under a Flood Warning. Flood waters have started receding and the heavy rain has ended. Motorists should still use extreme caution and be prepared for debris or water on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
