* IMPACTS...At 31.9 feet, The entrance to the parking garage just north of Eads bridge begins flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 29.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 31.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday morning. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
