* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1039 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Reading, Easton, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Northampton, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, and Souderton. - This includes the following highways...
