* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1213 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Lehighton, Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Palmerton, Bangor, Jim Thorpe, Slatington, Pen Argyl, Nesquehoning, Wind Gap, and Weatherly. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 277 and 314. Interstate 380 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 13.
