* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following county, York.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 422 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This may cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of 0.3 to 0.5 inch is expected over the area. This additional rain may result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... York, Weigelstown, Shiloh, East York, West York, Grantley, Tyler Run-Queens Gate, Valley View, Emigsville, Spring Grove, Dover, North York, York Airport, New Salem, Wellsville, Ski Roundtop Ski Area, York College Of Pennsylvania and Penn State York. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
