* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of panhandle West Virginia, including the following county: Berkeley.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 241 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to Rapidly rising water on Back Creek. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hedgesville... Tomahawk... Glengary... - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
