* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:16 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 17.4 feet, or 2.4 feet above flood stage. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:16 AM EDT Sunday was 17.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.2 feet this afternoon.
