* WHEN...Winds increasing this morning with the strongest, most damaging winds surfacing this afternoon and evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing sand will reduce visibilities in the deserts. Strong crosswinds will make driving difficult.
