* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of panhandle West Virginia, including the following county: Berkeley.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 752 AM EDT, Gauge reports indicate that the Back Creek in Jones Springs has crested but remains above flood stage. The latest reading as of 645 AM was 12.98 feet and flood stage is 11 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hedgesville... Tomahawk... Glengary... - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV

Instructions:
