Detectives Investigate Triple Shooting

LOCATION: 100 Blk. of E. 2nd. St., Pomona, Ca.
CRIME: 664/187 PC – Attempted Murder
VICTIM: 3 Male Adults

NARRATIVE:On 5/08/2022, Officers with the Pomona Police Department responded to the 100 block of East 2nd St. in Pomona after a report of gunfire in the area. Officers found evidence that a shooting had occurred in that area and then were informed that 3 victims suffering from gunshots had arrived by private automobiles at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
Detectives from the Pomona Police Department Major Crimes Unit responded to assume the investigation. One of the victims is in critical condition while the other two victims injuries are not considered life threatening. The suspects and the motive for the shooting is not known at this time.
