* WHERE...In Oregon, Malheur County zone north of Rome. In Idaho, Owyhee Mountains zone.

* WHEN...From midnight MDT /11 PM PDT/ tonight to noon MDT /11 AM PDT/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including US Routes 20, 26, and 95.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OWYHEE MOUNTAINS ... MALHEUR COUNTY
