* WIND...Southeast winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity of 20 to 25 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Highs of 70 to 77 degrees.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
