On May 9, 2022, at 12:30PM, Lucy Karanja, was reported as a missing person to the El Cerrito Police Department. Ms. Karanja was last seen in the area of the 1200 block of Liberty St.
Lucy Karanja is a 59-year-old black woman from Albany, CA. She is 5'02", 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She wears her hair in shoulder length braids and was last seen wearing a red and yellow floral print dress. Ms. Karanja is considered "at risk" due to early onset dementia.
