Narrative:

During the month of April 2022, jail deputies obtained information about Trevor Williams being involved in illegal firearm sales and narcotics sales.  Camarillo Special Enforcement Detail (SED) detectives began an investigation into Williams.

During the investigation, detectives obtained additional information that Williams’ girlfriend, Jazmine Tucker, was assisting Williams in illegal firearm sales and narcotic sales. SED detectives obtained a signed search warrant for Williams and his residence located in the 3700 block of Ketch Avenue in Oxnard.

On May 6, 2022, deputies executed the search warrant and located Williams and Tucker. Williams was detained and Tucker was found to be in possession of narcotics for sale and a loaded unregistered firearm on her person. Unregistered firearms, such as the one seized, are commonly referred to as “Ghost Guns” because they are illegally manufactured firearms that lack serial numbers or markings.

SED Detectives then executed the search warrant at Williams’ residence. SED Detectives located firearm manufacturing parts, ammunition, additional narcotics, indicia consistent with narcotics sales, and approximately $10,000 in U.S. Currency believed to be related to narcotics sales which were seized as evidence.

SED Detectives arrested Williams for possession for sales of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm and illegal firearms transfer.  Williams was booked into the Ventura County Main Jail where he remains in lieu of $250,000 bail.  Williams is scheduled for court on May 10, 2022. Tucker was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm, illegal firearms transfer, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm and possession for sales of a controlled substance. Tucker was also booked into the Ventura County Main Jail. Tucker posted bail in the amount $50,000.00 and was released from custody. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 23, 2022.

The Camarillo Special Enforcement Detail is comprised of five plain clothes detectives who focus on efforts that negatively affect the quality of life of the law-abiding citizens of Camarillo. The goal of Camarillo SED is to reduce property and violent crime through investigations and direct enforcement.
