INCIDENT: PC 21310 Conceal a Dirk or Dagger
LOCATION: K Street / Chestnut Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Richard Hileman, 47-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at approximately 10:30 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Richard Hileman on a pedestrian check. Through investigation, it was determined Hileman was in violation of PC 21310 - Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger.
Hileman was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station Jail for booking. Hileman remains in custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department on $25,000 bail, awaiting a court hearing.
