INCIDENT: PC 422 Criminal Threats.
LOCATION: 1500 block of Lillyhill Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Alejandro Martinez, 22-years old, resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at approximately 9:50 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Alejandro Martinez for reports of criminal threats with a weapon. Through investigation, it was determined Martinez had made threats to harm someone with a gun and knife.
Martinez was arrested for PC 422-Criminal Threats and transported to the Colorado River Station Jail for booking. Martinez was later transported to High Desert Detention Center, where he remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department on $50,000 bail, awaiting a court hearing.
