Today, Southwestern College will have two graduation ceremonies in Chula Vista. One at 9 a.m. and another at 5 p.m. held at DeVore Stadium. Please be prepared as traffic will be heavy surrounding the college, especially on H Street and Otay Lakes Road. Congratulations to all the graduates!
