The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Harper County in south central Kansas...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 740 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of Manchester, or 11 miles southwest of Anthony, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Anthony and Waldron.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HARPER, KS

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Large hail and damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
