* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southern New Jersey...including the following counties...Atlantic and Cape May.
* WHEN...Until 345 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1243 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has already fallen and more is on the way the next two to three hours. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Atlantic City, Ocean City, Pleasantville, Somers Point, Ventnor City, Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and Sea Isle City. - This includes the following highways... Garden State Parkway between mile markers 1 and 5...and between mile markers 13 and 27...and near mile marker 29.
