* Locations impacted include... Plano, Garland, McKinney, Richardson, Allen, Rowlett, Wylie, Rockwall, Sachse, Murphy, Royse City, Fairview, Heath, Princeton, Fate, Lucas, Parker, Farmersville, Lowry Crossing and Mobile City. This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 62 and 78.
