Jesse Hoke Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges After Deputies Make a Traffic Stop for Expired Registration

INCIDENT: Health and Safety Codes 11378-Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale, 11351-Possess/Purchase for Sale Narcotic/Controlled Substance, and 11352(a)-Transport/Sell Narcotic/Controlled Substance.

SUSPECT(S): Jesse Hoke, 25 of Crestline

SUMMARY: On Friday, May 13, 2022, deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff Station conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for expired registration. The driver, Jesse Hoke, also drove with an expired California Driver's License.
During a subsequent search of the vehicle, deputies located 50 unidentified pills of suspected fentanyl, 40 pills of suspected Xanax, ten pills of known fentanyl, 30 grams of methamphetamine, and other miscellaneous drug paraphernalia, consistent with drug sales.
Due to the contraband found in Hoke's vehicle, a search warrant was authored and served at Hoke's residence. At Hoke's residence, deputies found additional drug paraphernalia.
Hoke was treated for unrelated medical issues before being booked at West Valley Detention Center.
