The Contractors will be Closing the North side & Opening the South side of the intersection. The traffic flow East & West from Memorial and Garnett Rd. will Remain Open. There will be No Direct Access to E. 111 St. S. from the 121st & Mingo intersection. Drivers will need to use Garnett or Memorial.
