Expect significant delays on E. North Avenue (NJ-28) in the area of Elizabeth Avenue due to ongoing scheduled utility work.
Addtionally, John Street is CLOSED between Hamilton and E. North Avenue. State DOT approved detours are in place, and officers are on scene to assist with traffic control.
