SUMMARY: On Saturday, May 14, 2022, at approximately 9:39 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to the 1500 block of Flip Mendez Pkwy for a report of a shooting. Deputies arrived on scene and located the victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Deputies and responding emergency personnel provided medical aid at the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is expected to recover.
Detectives from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department are conducting the investigation.
