Detectives from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office are requesting that anyone receiving this message check for any suspicious items around your deck or porches.  We are investigating an assault that occured in this area on May 6th, 2022 and information obtained has indicated that as the suspect fled the area he/she may have discarded some items near or undreneath a deck or porch at a private residence in this area.  Anyone with information is ask to contact Detective Butterfiled at 828.273.8963 or use the "Submit A Tip" feature on our mobile app. ***There is no threat to the public.***
