* WHERE...Camas Prairie, Southwest Highlands, Southern Twin Falls County, Western Magic Valley and Upper Treasure Valley southeast of Boise.
* WHEN...From 9 AM to 9 PM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The winds could also cause blowing dust which could briefly lower visibilities.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER TREASURE VALLEY ... SOUTHWEST HIGHLANDS ... WESTERN MAGIC VALLEY ... CAMAS PRAIRIE ... SOUTHERN TWIN FALLS COUNTY
