* 20 FOOT WINDS...West-southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph today then west-southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph Friday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...4 to 8 percent today then 6 to 12 percent Friday.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
