Flood Warning until 03:15AM Friday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Illinois, including the following counties, Clinton, Fayette and Marion.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 916 PM CDT, Marion County Central Dispatch reported several roads were experiencing flooding, including several sections of Hwy 50 (Carlyle to Salem) and Hwy 37 (central Marion County). Several side routes were experiencing minor flooding. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in short amount of time. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Centralia, Salem, Breese, Carlyle, Sandoval, Germantown, Albers, Wamac, Central City, Odin, Beckemeyer, Kinmundy, Irvington, Patoka, Farina, Omega, Fairman, Shattuc, Boulder and Stephen Forbes Station.

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
