INCIDENT: Mayhem, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Attempted Murder
LOCATION: 16000 Block of Nisqualli Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Sean Wheeler, 28-year-old Male Resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): Confidential Male Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 6:16 p.m. deputies from the Victorville Police Department were dispatched to a stabbing in the 16000 block of Nisqualli Road in Victorville.
Upon arrival, deputies located the victim with a stab wound. The victim reported after a verbal altercation, the suspect Sean Wheeler stabbed him with a knife. Wheeler had since fled the scene in a vehicle.
Deputies conducted an area check and quickly located Wheeler’s vehicle. They conducted a traffic stop and Wheeler was arrested without incident.
Wheeler was transported and booked at High Desert Detention Center for mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon, and attempted murder.
