Please be aware of the following areas: Stock Ave / Capitola Ave Stockton Ave / Riverview Ave Wharf Rd / Cliff Dr Opal Cliff Dr / Cliff Dr Portola Dr / 47th Ave Wharf Rd / Lincoln St Capitola Rd / 49th Ave Capitola Ave / Riverview Dr Park Ave / Monterey Ave Also, please avoid driving in the Capitola Village area between 7:00AM-9:00AM.
