On today’s date at about 0800 hours, Simi Valley police officers responded to a report of an in-progress trespass located in the 1600 block of Ona Circle. When the initial officers arrived, they observed Davis Searles, who was wanted on a felony “Parolee at Large” warrant, flee from the location. A perimeter was quickly set and a reverse 9-1-1 “All Call” to over 200 nearby residents with a request to shelter in place was sent, which allowed for a safe, systematic search of the neighborhood. A search of a nearby residence resulted in the discovery of Searles wherein he and a second suspect, Chantelle Sipos, were found inside and taken into custody.
 
Davis Searles was arrested for trespassing as well as his warrant and booked at Ventura Main Jail. Chantelle Sipos was also arrested for trespassing and booked at Ventura Main Jail.
