* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 335 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Winters, Maverick, Miles, Rowena, Hatchel, Norton, Benoit, Ballinger Lake and Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM 1692 crossing The Draw, FM 0383 crossing Quarry Creek, CR 348 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 156 crossing Eagle Branch, County Road 336 crossing Big Coyote Creek, County Road 334 crossing Big Coyote Creek, crossings along County Road 334, County Road 334 crossing Little Coyote Creek, County Road 337 crossing Coyote Creek and crossings along County Road 370. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
