Residential Rehabilitation Grant Program

• Grants of up to $25,000 are available for low- to moderate-income homeowners (including single-family and mobile homes) to address municipal code violations and  repair, replace, and/or install major systems in the home. Applications will be accepted starting July 1, 2022.

Renter Protections

• The City's new Rent Stabilization Ordinance limits residential rent increases to the lower of 3% or 80% of the Consumer Price Index per year. The new Just Cause Eviction Ordinance limits the allowed reasons for which a renter can be evicted.
