* WHERE...Along the Bluestone River. This includes portions of southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, in southwest Virginia, Tazewell. In southeast West Virginia, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 505 AM EDT, gauge reports indicate that heavy rain and runoff are resulting in flooding along and near the Bluestone River. - Flood stage for the Bluestone River is 7 feet, and the gauge is currently reporting 7.2 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
