An occupant protection stationary enforcement detail will be conducted in Greenwood on June 4, 2022. 
Greenwood Police Department is releasing the following details related to a stationary enforcement detail. The detail will be conducted on June 4, 2022. The purpose of the checkpoint is to ensure that children are properly buckled up and riding in approved car seats. Partners from the Louisiana Child Passenger Safety Task Force, Louisiana State Police, NWLA Transportation Safety Coalition, and Destination Zero Deaths will be on-site. Overtime funding will be provided by the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
