* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coleman, Concho and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paint Rock, Leaday, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Voss, Valera, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line and The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
