Two Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property During a Traffic Stop in San Bernardino

LOCATION: W. Redlands Boulevard and Hunts Lane, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Mark Galvan, 30-year-old San Bernardino resident
Tam Lam, 41-year-old Fontana resident
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a silver Hyundai Sonata at the intersection of W. Redlands Boulevard and Hunts Lane. During a search of the vehicle, deputies located two stolen catalytic converters, two Dewalt sawzalls, a floor jack and gloves. The driver Tam Lam and passenger Mark Galvan were both arrested for PC 496(A)- Possession of Stolen Property.
Both suspects were transported to the Central Detention Center where they are being held on a $50,000 bail bond.
