NON-OPERATIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL: Santa Anita/Longden, Avoid the Area. 
The traffic signal at Santa Anita Ave and Longden Ave is non-operational and has been put on "flashing red." The California Vehicle Code requires drivers approaching an intersection with flashing red lights to treat it the same as a 4-Way stop.
Avoid the area if possible, and use caution if your travels take you this direction.
We will advise when power has been restored.
