The NJMVC Mobile Motor Vehicle Unit Returns June 9th!

To Sign up for the Mobile NJMVC Unit which will be at Veterans Memorial Park on June 9th, please email the following to [email protected]

REAL ID IMPORTANT NOTICE
IN ORDER TO GET A REAL ID FROM THE MOBILE UNIT, YOUR LICENSE/ID MUST EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF JUNE 9TH.  IF YOUR ID DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU CAN GET YOUR REAL ID REGARDLESS OF EXPIRATION AT ANY NORMAL NJMVC THAT DOES REAL IDS.

In order to be seen by the Mobile NJMVC unit while it is here, you need to show 6 points of ID and specifically you need your SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. If you do not being a SS card, a W2 or a 1099 with you social on it, you will not be seen by the Mobile NJMVC.

 The mobile NJMVC Unit only does the following:

 DL renewals (REAL ID if expiring within 6 months)

New Driver Licenses if test is already taken. 

Registration Renewals

Handicapped Placards and Permits

Non-Driver ID

License plate drop offs (anyone can walk up and do this, open to non-registrants)

Please keep in mind, they are not able to perform the following transactions: 

Knowledge tests

Endorsements

CDL’s

License transfers

Permit tests  

Business vehicle registrations

NEW Titles/Registrations
