Full Notification

Starting June 6th, the reconstruction of Magoun Avenue will continue from 150^th  to 149th. This portion of the project will consist on new sewers & water lines, concrete walk & curbs, and new asphalt pavement. Phase 1 should be complete by end of December.
Magoun Avenue will be closed to thru traffic and parking (except for emergency vehicles).  The construction crews will work approximately 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.    We will notify you prior to working on something in the street that could affect you, such as water service hookups.
Please be aware that our workers may need access to your basement to verify and/or hook up water and sanitary services.
Periodically, intersections will be closed to crossing traffic.  Mostly this will happen during working hours and typically will be opened for overnight traffic.
