* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parish, St. Tammany.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 352 PM CDT, Reports from Mandeville Fire noted localized street flooding along Mandeville Lakeshore Drive due to heavy rain and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Mandeville Lakeshore Drive is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
