The City of Flatwoods offices will be closed on Monday 5/30/2022 in observance of Memorial Day. Office will reopen on May 31, 2022 at 8:00 AM.
Payment Options for Utility Bills:
-Pay in person
-Mail payment
-Online Payments: visit www.flatwoodsky.org and Click Pay Your Utility Bill. This will direct you to a third-party site (Official Payments) to make your payment. You must have account number, amount to pay, service address, and name on account.
-Credit Card Payments - You can call your payment in over the phone.
-Drop Box: The drop box is in front of the City Building by the flag poles. Payments can be dropped 24/7.
-Auto Draft: Your utility bill would be automatically drafted from your checking or savings account you choose. You will need to fill a form out and provide a copy of a voided check. Please contact the office and we can get the process started.
