1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1617) Sierra Nevada Street and Walnut Street, Civic District
Officers attempted to contact the suspect in the area for warrants. The suspect was armed with a firearm and shot as he ran from officers, hiding in an enclosure. The suspect refused to come out and was later arrested after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Robert Legg, 29, for assault with a deadly weapon, warrants, and resisting arrest.
 
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1630) 8100 Block of Mariners Drive, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 30, and the suspect were in an argument near the listed location. The suspect attempted to leave in a vehicle and ran into the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black female adult.
 
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2000) 1700 Block of Sandalwood Drive, Valley Oak District
The female victims, 33 and 28, were driving near the listed location when the suspects fired a gun at their vehicle. The gunfire did not hit their vehicle. SUSPECTS: Two black male adults.
 
4. Robbery (2009) Scribner Street and Seventh Street, Park District
The two juvenile victims were in the listed area when five suspects approached them. The suspects exited a tan sedan and began to fight with the victims. The suspects took the victim’s property before fleeing in the vehicle. SUSPECTS: Five black female adults.
 
5. Armed Robbery (2218) 4700 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 25, was near the listed location when the suspect approached him. The suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his property. The victim complied, and the suspect fled on foot. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
