Flood Warning until 12:00PM Friday

* WHAT...Areas of low-land flooding caused by heavy rainfall the past 3 days. Various rural roads remain flooded in spots.

* WHERE...A portion of South Central Kansas, including the following county, Harper.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Various low-water crossings may not be passable. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1208 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported some rural roads remain flooded in spots across the county due to heavy rainfall the past 3 days.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HARPER, KS

Instructions:

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
